Orsha Flax Mill is a textile company that processes linen fiber and produces linen fabrics, as well as finished piece and sewing products from them.

 

 

 

At factory number 1 yarn of short fiber is producedwhich are used for the production of bag-and-bag fabrics, and also which are used by enterprises for the production of carpets and other types of technical products.

 

The commissioning of the cotonization line allowed the launch of the production of cotonized flax fiber, which is mainly used for yarn production and partially sold by others.

 

The introduction of a complex of spinning and preparation equipment for the pneumomechanical spinning method allowed the flax mill to master the production of high-dimensional yarn (from cotonized linen, multicomponent), which is used for own production of household and technical fabrics, and is also supplied to carpet enterprises of the republic and to the markets of the CIS countries.

At factory number 2 long fiber is recycled .

 

The factory can produce more than 1,500 articles of fabrics of various weaves, sizes and patterns. Among them are fabrics for table and bed linen, furniture, curtains, decorative, towels, costume and dress fabrics, side fabrics, fabrics for painting, decorative paths. The assortment of fabrics produced at factory No. 2 has expanded significantly due to the use of weaving yarns from cotonized fiber and filament yarns using combing of higher numbers.

 

Factory No. 3 processes long flax fiber.

Factory number 3 produces more than 100 items of fabric. With the installation and commissioning of new weaving equipment of the Pikanol company (Belgium), the opportunity arose: the production of fabrics for bed linen up to 260 cm wide, with a surface density of 125-145 g / m², which significantly expanded the assortment group of finished products for bedding linen in demand in the market; the use of 4-color weft mechanisms made it possible to significantly diversify the assortment of shirts, suit checkered and melange fabric patterns; the increased width of looms makes it possible to develop new structures of decorative fabrics up to 260 cm wide, previously not produced at the enterprise. All fabrics produced on the new equipment have improved consumer properties, such as tensile strength, abrasion, consumer shrinkage after wet processing, improved appearance, etc.

Harsh fabrics produced at the factory number 2 and number 3 are ennobled in the finishing factory. To give the products the corresponding consumer and functional properties, the following types of final finishes of household fabrics are provided at the flax mill:

– гладкое крашение тканей для постельного и столового белья, одежных, декоративных и мебельных тканей;

– матовая отделка при обработке тканей постельного белья;

– малоусадочная отделка с применением тканеусадочной машины;

– глянцевая отделка при обработке тканей для столового белья и полотенец;

– умягчающая отделка;

– нанесение печатного рисунка на льняные и полульняные ткани на печатной машине карусельного типа;

The sewing factory, due to the huge variety of household fabrics produced at factory No. 2 and refined at the finishing factory, has the ability to sew all groups of finished pieces and garments of home textiles, such as finished bed and table linen, kitchen sets, kitchen towels and decorative towels, sets curtains, bedspreads and rugs, decorative pillowcases, ready-made men's, women's, children's clothing and accessories to it - scarves, wraps, bags. In total, the nomenclature of the garment factory has more than 5.0 thousand articles of finished products.

 

Using in the technological process at the enterprise a new industrial washing machine will allow not only expanding the assortment of fabrics and finished products using silicone softening and enzyme washing, but also which is very important when serving consumers, will significantly reduce the lead time for such types of treatments, fill the Republic market Belarus and neighboring countries with products previously used on the market only of non-CIS countries.
